Leaders from the four main political parties in the UK appeared in York for a pre-election question time event.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak faced angry questions from a live audience after it emerged that his head of campaigning is being investigated over an election day betting scandal.

During the event, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said, “Well, I can tell you if anyone is found to have broken the rules, not only should they face the consequences of the law, I will make sure that they are booted out of the Conservative Party.”
