UK Airspace Glitch: “At Least 48 Hours Of Severe Delays” Expected

A network-wide failure of UK traffic control computer systems has led to severe delays for flights for thousands of passengers. Initially, NATS said a technical issue was affecting its “ability to automatically process flight plans,” meaning each flight has to be processed manually which, causing huge delays. Now they say the technical glitch has been ‘identified and remedied’.
