One of pop culture’s biggest stars has made a habit of visiting Montclair. Justin Bieber has popped up at numerous spots through the township in recent weeks, according to reports. A YouTube video that appears to depict the 23-year-old singer greeting fans and encouraging a girl’s performance across the street from the Starbucks on South Park Street was posted in late May, with Montclair stated as the location.
