Are nurses right to declare NHS “national emergency”?
A nursing union has warned that hospital patients are ‘dying in corridors’ and that our ‘once world-leading services are treating people in car parks and store cupboards’.
The Royal College of Nursing will declare it a national emergency at the start of their annual conference later today, which they say is a chance to raise the alarm.
