Immigration Having “Undisputed Effect” On Public Services | Isabel Oakeshott
Nigel Farage has described Reform UK’s employer immigration tax plan as a “bold, innovative policy”.
The party’s honorary president said: “I can hear the multinationals wailing already because, you’re quite right we have become addicted to cheap, foreign labour.”
He said “nothing slippery (Prime Minister Rishi) Sunak says is believable” and added that when he hears Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer, he “zones out”.
Talk’s international editor Isabel Oakeshott said she would be fascinated to see how the ‘immigration tax’ policy would go down, telling Peter Cardwell that the “huge number” of people coming into the country was having an “undisputed” influence on public services
